1 1/2 cup Undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon Ground Allspice
1/2 cup Libby’s Solid Pack Pumpkin

2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
~~
In large mixer bowl, combine biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon, and allspice. Add evaporated milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup batter (depending on size of pancake desired) onto heated and lightly greased griddle. Cook until top surface is bubbly and edges are dry. Turn, cook until golden. Keep pancakes warm. Serve with syrup or honey.

Okay, so I NEVER follow a recipe. I get IDEAS from a few recipes and come up with my own thing. I added most of the above ingredients, but I can’t tell you exactly how much or what really went into my batter.
{ I know I added ground cloves. LOVE cloves in pumpkin recipes!! }

Yum, it sounds amazing!! I love cloves in banana stuff too (smoothies, muffins, bread, etc)
I know it’s like 9:30pm right now, but these sound so good I want to go make them! My girls will love these for sure…and so will I-pumpkin is one of my very favorite flavors.
