More like deck the girl’s rooms.
I am total OCD when it comes to my Christmas tree. So for the first time, I put trees in my girl’s rooms so I wouldn’t have to share. Good parenting skills, I know!! They decorated their own trees and the trees look super cute. Now I don’t feel as bad to tell them that I want to decorate mine by myself. I really am absolutely obsessive about my tree. I haven’t finished it yet, but I will rearrange and “fix” it all season long. I know, there’s something wrong with me. It’s just one of my quirks.

Just a little Holiday Cheer!!

really pretty!
One of my best christmas memories involves having a tree in my room when I was a little girl! So, good job!!
I think it would be awesome to have a Christmas tree in every room each with a different theme. What do you think?
I am with you on wanting my own tree. I like to have one that looks nice – like the ones without cartoon characters. I had basically just given up, but I might try this next year. This year I just sucked it up and let them decorate it.
I love that you put trees in the girls room! I am like you (shock) that I want the tree MY way. So, you will have to post a pic of this tree that will be getting your undivided attention! Then I can compare it to my tree that is littered with homemade ornaments and popcorn. =)
Those trees are super cute! We apparenty threw out our kids’ tree last year (what were we thinking? Okay, it was looking pretty bad), so now I have to go out and get another one! Trees for their rooms are a great idea!
I came across your blog from Brandi Wilson’s. I had to let go of my ocd tendencies or as my dad calls them Martha Stewart Tendencies on my Christmas tree this year. My husband decided to let our 3 daughters age 4,4,5 to decorate our tree. It has taken all my effort not to rearrange it. Love the idea of individual trees.
